How much does your property management company charge in Gresham?

When you reach out to an Evergreen portfolio manager, we’ll provide you with a management contract to review. All of our charges are transparent, with no surprise fees.

What will my property rent for?
We make data-driven decisions and will help you get the top market rate for your home.
What do I have to do to get my house ready for market?
Make sure that all essential services are functioning as designed (no leaky faucets, broken appliances, etc.), surfaces are freshly painted, the home is hotel-clean, and there are no safety hazards.
Can I do my own repairs?
Yes, owners are welcome to perform repairs when the home is vacant. However, when a tenant is in residence, to protect your liability and to protect your tenants, only Evergreen vendors are allowed to access the property.

Renter FAQs

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late on the 5th.
How can I pay rent?
You can pay via your portal, mail a check, or set a recurring payment from your bank. We do not accept payments in the Evergreen office for safety reasons.
How do I add or remove a roommate?
All you need to do is reach out to us, and we will walk you through the process. New roommates will need to be screened prior to occupancy.
Can I have a pet?
Yes, all Evergreen homes are pet friendly. Keep in there is a pet screening process, and a $500 security deposit is required.
